Kesan Meminum Air Sejuk?

Perihal bahaya meminum air sejuk saya perolehi dari blog saudara Islam saya Dr.Choy (not sure whether he is a doctor or not, look like a doctor - Choy if you read this then comment ya!).

Tapi dalam satu kursus sains sukan yang pernah saya duduki, meminum air sejuk untuk ahli sukan adalah paling sesuai dan cepat untuk mengganti air yang hilang dari tubuh kita. Jangan minum air suam kalau nak berlari, pesan pakar sains sukan masa tu, mesti kembung perut.


Maklumat bahaya meminum air sejuk dari saudara Choy ini saya rasa lebih masuk akal. Boleh minum air sejuk tapi jangan selalu amalkan. Sekarang di restoran pagi-pagi buta dah ada teh ping (teh ais). Kalau makan nasi lemak pedas mestila nak air batu kan? Amalan minum sejuk sekarang dah menjadi-jadi dengan bekalan mudah ais yang dijaja oleh lori peti sejuk macam Atlas etc.

Salah seorang tok guru taekwon-do di tempat saya mengamalkan minum air suam (bukan air kosong tapi air yang tak berapa panas) pada waktu malam atau bila berjaga tengah malam. Petua untuk cerahkan mata dan kesihatan dada.

Jadi mulai hari ini jom kita amal "kurangkan minum air yang berais"

Saudara saya yg akan berkenalan dgn rapat pada masa hadapan,

I am not a Doctor.... yet ....perhaps... haha.Dr is very stressful but may earn a bundle. Just read a lot and ask a lot so,research a lot,so knows something la in a little quantity. If it true that i turn out as a medical Dr of a Dr in my name- please ignore it as Choy will always be Choy.

Hope to really get to know u someday, not as a TKD member,but as a person. Perhaps i may learn lots of law principals frm u. Looking forward to it coz i am still 'jahil' n 'naif' pasal dunia ini.

Ah.... i am not a Islam . Just know lots of Malaysian peoples( in my dictionary,there is no races as i grow with everyone,every races)some are ustazs.....

Erm ..perihal minum air suam, ada MITOS, bila makan (dgn laju) tambah dgn air panas (teh pula tu), can invoke or invite gastritis. Saya x pasti kenyataan itu.

So,minum air sejuk/panas, kesan baik/buruk,it is depends on d situation and d condition (if u r sick/not).

Memang kena minum lepas bersenam sbb 70% badan anda dipenuhi dgn air. Barang kali anda banyak bercakap, tentu kerongkong rasa kering dan mudah lapar. Y? Hehe... u release water , physical energy n heat. Apatah lagi jika anda bersenam !

My friend,kalau ada apa2 soalan ke, artikel yg anda curiga,boleh berkongsi pendapat anda dgn saya. Sbb,boleh lah saya research dan belajar. U gain, i gain,everyone is happy.

Assuming that Mr.Choy here is a Muslim coz he always put forward "salam" to me and pictures of him appreciating beauty of mosques and kindness of several ustazs, well he is then "Belum Islam", not "Non-Muslim" per se. We are all brothers regardless of religion. I am happy to know him.

Bro,to me, i know d meaning of 'Salam',appreciate it and use d word as how it suppose to serve. To me,it has nothing to do with 'Islam' word or something similar... and i feel weird if there is people who think so coz it an arabic word...nothing inappropriate with it.It is 4 everyone.

Bro,take good care of your health and thanks for reminding me,We as human beings are A one big happy family. Salam...n happy to know you,n i'll definitely visit u in Tganu someday
